  I visited to try to get someone to come to my house to look at my fireplace. They haven't come yet. Staff was nice.
  I should've known better by reading the previous reviews. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I first went there and the guy who talked to me was very helpful and made me an appointment for January 4th, he then walked to the back office to tell the lady in charge of the schedule to put me in, she didn't seem very happy about him making an appointment without her consent. I called back a on the 3rd to reschedule my appointment and the lady was very nice and helpful on the phone but said she didn't even have on the schedule for the 4th. She apologized and rescheduled me for Friday the 6th. She said they would call me prior to showing up so I know that they're on their way. They never called and never showed up. I didn't care to call them back and neither did they. I feel sorry for the owner of this place that is losing so much business because of the incompetence of employees. DO NOT CALL THEM, THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP
