  We paid DS Excavating $5410 to have our backyard graded and hydroseeded last fall following a tornado event. We experienced some wash out and thin patches. We contacted Dean (owner) to have some rework/repair done and he asked us to wait until spring for a touch up. We were asked to call on April 1 to get on his schedule. We have called over a dozen times and spoke with him once and he acknowledged we were on his schedule. It is now May 12 and there has been no progress and Dean does not return phone calls. We are disappointed because we paid Dean in full the day he finished his work. He came to us recommended by Meyers Landscaping whom were also at out property doing a large project. We expected Dean to stand by his work and make good on his commitment to do the touch ups. Our advice to anyone thinking about using DS Excavating is to NOT pay until you are completely satisfied.
