  Absolutely disappointed and appalled. Came in described that I didn’t want my eyebrows to be thin at all and just a basic shape to them. Lady has her child with her. Like okay whatever do what u gotta do for family. However, This kid is pissed and screaming while she’s trying to thread my brows. Not only is the kid screaming into my ear ( literally, he was directly behind my chair under his mother screaming in my ears) this kid began to push his mother causing her to be hasty with my brows. THEN THIS CHILD PULLED ON MY HAIR. Like seriously?!!?! The lady never yelled at the kid or grab his hand or say no or anything. Only gave him a phone, which he threw, and tried to give him the ink stamper which he proceeded to push away and cry about. After seeing my brows I realized they are twice as thin than I normally get them. I’m already appalled by the service and this fact, but then I notice she has ( most likely caused by outrageous child and her rushed hastiness) literally pulled out half of my eyebrows hair on one side so I looked like I have one decent but thin eyebrow and another eyebrow that’s half missing. This woman STILL made me pay after all this. I went to my car and cried for a good 5 minutes. I have no idea what to do or say in a situation such as this. If you are to go to this place and see this women and her child please just go somewhere else or go at a different time when they are not present

  I'm a redhead. She tinted my eyebrows a very dark, almost black, brown. Her child runs around unattended while she works. Go somewhere else if you can. Terrible. I would give zero stars if I could.
