  Would rate 0. They have lost all of my grandmas clothing. Things disappear from her room everytime we bring her somethjng new. When she first moved into the current room, it smelled and had a huge stain in the middle of the floor. It was not cleaned before they moved her in. Today, she nearly died because no one checked on her and her blood sugar levels fell to 38. The only reason she is still alive is because family found her and notified staff. When visiting, I have also seen a number of staff members sitting at the nursing station on facebook. Do not put your loved ones into this care center. They do not care about the people they are supposed to be taking care of. We are moving grandma immediately
