  Drove 20 minutes father because I was told "you are in luck I have only one of those phones left". Only to be told that he couldn't sell the phone he offered me. Bait and switch at it's worst. No offer to make a better deal on anything else. Just lying to try to get a sale. Didn't work this time. I'll let a more honest sales person order me one.

  The main Sprint store has numerous employees. Having said that, you would think there would not be a problem getting a solution to your issue in a relatively short amount of time. However, even having made an appointment via online, I generally had to wait approximately 30 minutes to get an employee who could help me with my problem. What was curious was that the employees at the Sprint store were not even aware that you could make an appointment for service online. Then why do they even have that Online service? Why are there employees not aware of this? Another disturbing thing was that people who walked in off the street were helped before me who had scheduled an appointment online for a Time period before people off the street came in. If I had not told an employee that I had a scheduled an appointment online, I usually waited at least an hour for help. I never could understand why things took so long when there were so many employees. The cost of Sprint plans are prohibitive and service so poor that I ended up switching services to Boost Mobile. They have employee issues as well but at least their plans are much more economical.

  They told me that they were a whole new crew and I believe them! Lol great service and everyone was so eager to help me. They just made a life long customer
